Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using applications developed by Last Light Labs ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our applications.

Use of Our Apps

Our applications are designed for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to:

• Use our apps in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps
• Not use our apps for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our apps

Accounts

Our applications do not require you to create an account with us. Any optional cloud synchronization uses your personal Apple iCloud account, which is governed by Apple's terms of service.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions:

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into our applications. Because our apps use local-first storage:

• You are responsible for backing up your device to prevent data loss.
• If you delete the app, your local data will be permanently deleted.
• We cannot recover data that exists only on your device.

Medical Disclaimer

For health-related applications (such as Gilly):

• Our apps are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Information provided by our apps is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.
• Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions.
• Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or tracked in our apps.

Financial Disclaimer

For finance-related applications (such as BonusLedger):

• Our apps are organizational tools and do not provide financial advice.
• We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on app data.
• Verify all information with your financial institutions directly.
• We are not affiliated with any banks or financial institutions.

Intellectual Property

Our applications, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Last Light Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our apps without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of our apps is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Last Light Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our applications, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Last Light Labs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our applications or your violation of these Terms of Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our applications after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
